Shipping & Processing Policy

Please note that all orders are processed within approximately 7 business days, which is why it generally takes approximately two weeks for orders to be shipped. This includes 1 week for processing and 1 week for shipping. Due to possible delays associated with different payment options, the processing and shipping time is a generalized estimate.

For your safety and security, please be aware that I do not begin the shipping process until the full order amount has been fully processed into my account. This policy is in place to protect against disputes and chargebacks.

After processing, you will receive tracking information for your order(s) via email.
Shipping takes between 5-8 business days

Just a friendly reminder: the shipping date at checkout is an estimate, and while we always do our best to stick to it, there may be times when processing takes a little longer or shipping is delayed. If you're ordering hair, please keep in mind that your order might not deliver exactly on the expected date. 

The delivery date you see (for example, May 1st–May 5th) is an estimate, but sometimes things can happen that may cause a slight delay. While it’s unlikely, there's a possibility your order might arrive a bit later, perhaps around May 8th or 9th. If you're ordering hair for an important event, vacation, or birthday, we recommend ordering with a bit of extra time to ensure everything arrives as you expect. We just want to make sure you're prepared and that your experience is a smooth one!


You are responsible for any required signatures needed by the mail carrier.
    
After an order is in the hands of USPS/DHL/UPS/FedEx, we are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packaging. Please contact your local post office if you do encounter any problems.
  

Please make sure your address is correct at check out, as we are not responsible for making sure this is correct. We are not responsible if your package is shipped to the wrong address.
