By purchasing you are in agreement to the following terms and conditions: You have read the product description and understand the product that you are receiving. You understand and agree to our no refund policy/shipping & processing policy. You Also Agree NOT To File A DISPUTE OR CHARGE BACK For Your Physical & Digital Products. You understand that once an order is submitted changes or cancellations can not be made (including item changes, shipping address changes, etc).

Due to situations where customers attempted to dispute their charges long after receiving their hair—falsely claiming they didn’t receive the correct product (length, texture, etc.)—I have implemented a new verification process. Before shipping, I now record a video for my records showcasing their hair. In the video, I run my fingers through the hair to demonstrate its quality, show the wig, it placed into a bubble mailer, and handed off to the shipping worker.
  
After an order is in the hands of USPS/DHL/UPS/FedEx/ETC., we are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages. Please contact your local post office if you do encounter any problems.
